Yvette Nelson
Registered Nurse, Founder
With over 30 years of healthcare experience and six years specializing in cosmetic injectables, lasers, and skincare, Yvette Nelson, RN, brings a lifelong passion for nursing and patient care to aesthetic medicine. Trained as a Master Injector in neuromodulators, she combines clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and an artistic eye to create personalized treatment plans focused on natural-looking results.

For Yvette, nursing has always been about more than providing treatments. It's about caring for people, building trust, listening, and helping others feel comfortable and respected. Her gentle technique, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient education reflect the values that have guided her throughout her nursing career.

Yvette founded Natural Looking Aesthetics Medical Clinic with a simple vision: to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment where patients feel genuinely cared for, never pressured or oversold. She believes aesthetic treatments should be conservative, personalized, and guided by each patient's goals rather than sales expectations.
Every appointment emphasizes listening, education, and honest recommendations. Yvette takes time to assess facial anatomy, explain options, and discuss realistic expectations. She believes that sometimes less is more, and knowing when not to treat is just as important as knowing when to treat.

Medical Director
Dr. Elizabeth Figa is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-informed care.
With a foundation in primary care, she has expanded her practice to include aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, genomics, and mental health, allowing her to address health and wellness from a comprehensive perspective.
Since 2019, she has incorporated aesthetic medicine into her practice, recognizing its ability to enhance confidence and support overall well-being.

I had such an awesome experience with Yvette and Natural Looking Aesthetics Medical Clinic. Yvette is super easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and make recommendations based on her experience. She really focused on what would look natural on me, never trying to push more product, which I appreciate so much.
I opted to try Letybo, per her recommendation, and I’m loving the results. Everything looks natural and refreshed, exactly as intended. We also tried some injections in my jaw because I clench a lot and it had been causing me headaches. I’ve noticed a big difference with the clenching and am happy to report that the headaches have stopped.
