Registered Nurse, Founder
Yvette Nelson, RN, is an experienced aesthetic nurse with more than 30 years in healthcare and over six years of experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments. As a Master Injector certified in the use of neuromodulators, she combines advanced clinical training with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results that enhance each client's unique beauty.
Known for her gentle technique, honest recommendations, and compassionate approach, Yvette takes the time to educate every client and develop personalized treatment plans based on their individual goals and facial anatomy. Clients consistently appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver refreshed, natural-looking results that never appear overdone.

Dr. Elizabeth Figa is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-informed care.
With a foundation in primary care, she has expanded her practice to include aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, genomics, and mental health, allowing her to address health and wellness from a comprehensive perspective.
Since 2019, she has incorporated aesthetic medicine into her practice, recognizing its ability to enhance confidence and support overall well-being.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Yvette for a Botox treatment on my forehead, 11’s, crows feet, and vertical lip lines. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the product and how it would work with my skin, her technique was almost completely painless! I have a huge fear of needles/injections and she made me feel so comfortable during the treatment, I barely even felt what she was doing. I asked for her recommendation on what areas needed treatment and I am so glad that I trusted her. The improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles on my face was incredible, but didn’t make me feel like I looked overdone or “plastic”. I can’t believe how she was able to transform my face in such a minimal amount of time. Definitely the Registered Nurse to go and see for anyone with a fear of needles or who has deep/stubborn wrinkles. I haven’t needed a touch-up in over a year!!!

This was my first time getting Botox, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Yvette did a great job and kept everything very natural. I can definitely see the difference, but I don’t look like I had anything “done.” The best part is that no one else even noticed I had Botox done, they just thought I looked good and refreshed like I just got back from vacation.
